Michele McCulloch understands how stressful life changes can be and how a successful transition can alleviate stress.
“I had to handle the estates of both my parents within a six month period. There were a lot of questions that had to be answered and many decisions that needed to be made. I often wished for an independent third party to guide us when emotions started to get the upper hand.”
Michele gained a wealth of proven skills and experience during her 32-year career with IBM Canada delivering and managing administrative services. As a problem solver, she is extremely organized and well-known for strong attention to details. Michele and her husband moved to Stratford, Ontario in 2006 and she now works with families in the Stratford / Kitchener / Waterloo area.
In her spare time Michele curls out of the Stratford Country Club in the winter and tries her hand at golf in the summer. She is a volunteer at The Wigs and Accessories Room in Stratford (a community mission for Cancer Care) and is a Zone Captain as well as an annual canvasser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
“I enjoy meeting people, I enjoy helping people and I enjoy seeing the successful end to what often is a very emotional life-changing move. It’s very gratifying to be able to take the stress and worry away from anyone who has had to make just such a decision.”

Lynne McDonald
Lynne has worked with individuals and families in their homes for most of her career.“I understand a move is stressful for anyone but especially seniors moving from a family home to downsize or to go to a place of care. The countless details, including deciding on what to take or leave, is emotionally overwhelming. Family members may not live close by or be able to take time away from their careers to help. I saw the value of Trusted Transitions services to provide a relocating experience that is based on respect, consideration and care given to the senior client throughout the move and relocation process.”
Lynne has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, with a Certificate in Voluntary Sector and Arts Management from York University. Her background includes thirty years experience in community home health care and administration with the Victorian Order of Nurses. She has held various positions with the VON, in Toronto, Ottawa, Moncton and Stratford, from front line staff nurse to Executive Director of the VON Perth Huron Branch.
Lynne sits on the Grant committee of the Stratford & Perth County Community Foundation and is on the Human Health Resources Committee of the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). She enjoys curling in the winter and sailing during the summer.
